• That you have all the rights on the commissioned characters (if in doubt ask) - Dosen’t count for Fanart/Rule34 stuff

• I normally don’t like to draw human genitals on anthros or ferals.
• Cub and Babyfurs, Diapers, Scat, extreme hyper stuff, extreme muscels, inflatation, hard gore stuff (I'm ok with bloody and violent themes but with a limit. Just ask.)
• "Hard" political stuff like fascism and similar.

General

• The shown price is not fix, it can change due to complexity, theme and content of the picture.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to problems in the communication process, rude or inappropriate behavior, unclear and inappropriate descriptions which results in an high amount of changes in the process. (* see "Refunds" for further Infotmation)
• I can refuse/decline your request without explanation why.
• If you want to have a commission with a character that doesn't belong to you, be sure you have the permission to do it.
• The client will get the original painting/ full resolution file of the commission. If possible to send it via mail (traditional work) the original drawing. (At least within Europe)
• Wait time can varies from piece to piece.
• You must be at least 18 years old if you commission adult content.

Refunds

• Full Refund:
  • If the Client cancels the commission while still being at it’s “sketch state”
  • When I cancel the commission
• Partial Refund:
  • When it’s in the drawing process
  • Mistakes or cancelling of the commission due to bad or confusing communication or rudeness towards the Artist
• No Refund:
  • If the work is (or almost) finished

Copyright

• I retain all copyrights over my work, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Unless there is something else decided with the commissioner.
• Rejected or altered sketches may be recycled and used for other pictures later
• The client can use their commission for personal use (avatars, wallpaper and so on)
• The client can upload it, but please give credit if you do it. Imageboards are welcome too.
• The client can make prints as long if there are for a personal (non-profit) use.
• Don't use the artwork you got and make prints or merchandise of it for your own profit (sell it)
• If the commissioned work is for a (agreed) commercial use these points can alter
• Don't not alter, trace or edit my work without my permission. (if it's for studying or your own/private use it's ok, but please give credits) The commissioner may do the things or can give permission as long as the original Artist (me) is still credited.
• Never remove my signature/watermark.
• You may re-upload your commissioned artwork to your online galleries or social networks as long as you give credit. Please don’t do this in the full-, but in the web-sized resolution.
• Don't use my art in AI image generators or for the purpose of NFTs
